Welcome to BillApp. By accessing or using our cloud billing and ERP software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration (Mobile Number, Business Name). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 9-Day Free Trial for all new users. Upon expiration of this trial, you must purchase a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) to continue generating invoices and using premium features. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.
You agree not to use BillApp for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund.
BillApp is a software tool provided to assist your business operations. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay required subscription fees. Upon termination, your account will be locked, but you may request an export of your ledger data within 30 days.
