At BillApp, we strive to provide the best cloud billing and ERP experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a subscription payment to activate your account.
We strongly encourage all users to utilize our completely free, no-credit-card-required 9-Day Free Trial to evaluate the software before purchasing a subscription. During this trial period, you have full access to test all premium features, including WhatsApp automation and Multi-branch setups.
Because we offer a comprehensive free trial for evaluation, all subscription payments (1-Year or 3-Year plans) are generally final and non-refundable. Once a paid plan is activated and applied to your account, we cannot issue a refund for the unused portion of the term.
Refunds will only be processed in the following exceptional technical cases:
You can choose not to renew your subscription at the end of your billing cycle. If you face a dual-deduction issue, please email proof of payment (UTR number) and your registered mobile number to support@billapp.in within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds for technical errors are processed back to the original payment method (Bank/UPI account) within 5-7 business days.
