When you register for BillApp, we collect basic information such as your mobile number, business name, and email address. When you use our software, your billing data, inventory details, and customer logs are securely stored on our cloud servers.
We use your data strictly to provide and improve the BillApp service. Your billing data is used to generate reports (like GSTR and P&L) solely for your own viewing. We never sell, rent, or share your business data with third-party marketing agencies.
Your data is protected with enterprise-grade 256-bit encryption. We perform automated daily backups to ensure your business records are never lost, even if your local device (PC/Mobile) breaks or is stolen.
If you use our WhatsApp Invoice feature, the invoices are transmitted securely via Meta's official API guidelines. We do not read or store your personal WhatsApp conversations.
